Self-Hatred

  1. I came across this book in the bookcase last night, I must start reading it again

    • I hope you find it helpful. There are parts of it that I don’t quite agree with. Some of the more spiritual and new age-y thoughts. Like you can chose your parents. I didn’t even read those sections. They made me mad. I would caution you not to throw all the good ideas out because there are a few things you don’t agree with. It was hard for me to keep reading at times when I didn’t agree with the philosophy, but I’m glad I followed through to the end. I actually finished it, and then started right over again at the beginning. Enjoy! 🙂

      • I did wonder if I’d agree with a lot of the philosophy, but I will give it a chance sometime soon.
